Invasive cervical Resorption: A Review

Abstract: Invasive cervical resorption (ICR) is loss of dental hard tissue due to odontoclastic action and usually begins at the cervical region of the root. The management of ICR is challenging due to its complexity and aggressive nature. Accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment are critical to effective management. This article reviews the etiology, predisposing factors, diagnosis, and management of ICR.
