Anesthesia and airway management in a case of Apert syndrome

Abstract: Apert syndrome is a rare autosomal dominant developmental malformation characterized by craniofacial and limb deformities synostosis, symmetric severe syndactyly and a variety of abnormalities of the skin, skeleton, brain, and visceral organs. We share our experience of anesthetic management of an infant with apert syndrome posted for syndactyly release.
