Abstract
Aim: To determine the correlation of recovery pulse rate and VO2max on performance of Queen’s college step test in young adult Indian females. Methodology: 100 female subjects age ranging from 20-29 years were explained about the test procedure. Result: Significant Results were obtained. Conclusion: This study has demonstrated Correlation between Recovery pulse rate and VO2max.
