Materials and method: The present study was conducted in patients of blunt abdominal trauma admitted at Rajindra Hospital, Patiala. A rapid clinal and radiological assessment was done. Patients for surgical intervention were identified and per operative findings noted. Post-operative findings on day one, 2n, 4th, 7th and 10th were noted. Results: Small gut and mesentery was the most frequently injured organ (24.3%). This was followed by spleen, liver, large gut, urinary bladder, kidney, pancreas, duodenum, stomach, diaphragm, omentum.
